Visitors frequently highlight the variety and freshness of berries available, making it a popular spot for outdoor activities and snacks. "A wonderful spot for families – plenty of play areas for kids, a relaxing atmosphere for friends and loved ones, and seasonal fruit picking to enjoy. Right now, there’s an impressive pumpkin display that makes the perfect photo backdrop."
"What a fantastic experience! We spent a wonderful day out on the fields, enjoying the fresh air and the pure joy of picking our own berries. We managed to gather an impressive amount of raspberries, sweet cherries, juicy strawberries, plump blueberries, and an abundance of blackberries. Everything was so fresh and delicious! To top it off, we had a lovely meal at their cafe. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the desserts were a delightful treat. We truly enjoyed every bit of our visit. Definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a great outdoor activity and some delicious food!"
Great place for cherry-strawberry picking. Large playing field, structures for kids play! A great outing for families! Must visit!
Seating in the shaded areas is scarce, so it's best to come equipped with patience, and your picnic gear on sunny days, as families tend to claim these spots for extended periods. While the entrance fee may be on the higher side, it's justified by the overall experience. Keep in mind that only cash is accepted at the entrance, but the café inside does take cards. It's a fantastic spot for families with young kids. Additionally, there's ample free parking available.
One of famous places for familes and esp. kids. Quite big playground for kids with small snack stand for parents and strawberry fileds nearby. We've been same brand farm but different location last time but this place was way bigger esp. strawberry field. (Was noticed later that this place was kind of main branch)
No idea what the cafe is like. I went for picking fruits. Tasty and beautiful and very EXPENSIVE. For example 1kg blackberries are around 20€.
We spent a lot of time here, and it's a great spot for kids aged 4-9 to play in the water and spend quality time. You can also buy seasonal fruits and vegetables, though we found them a bit pricey at the information center. The cost was 5 euros per person for both adults and children. Overall, we had a good experience.
We went to this one for a birthday party ,which was well organized in a covered area, as it was rainy that week. The staff was quick in getting orders, whenever we wanted and was friendly. The place is obviously wonderful, with berry picking, playing in the maze and other small play areas. Kids loved to move around in Bobby cars. We usually go to lochhausen one but this one was equally good and has a covered place for birthdays
